• How can I delete Temporary Internet Files in Internet Explorer 7.0?
Internet Explorer stores the content of all the web pages you have visited (including pictures, animation, movies, other downloads, etc) during a session.
To delete Temporary Internet Files in Internet Explorer 7.0:
• Select "Tools"
• Select "Internet Options".
• Open the "General" tab.
• In "Browsing history" area click the "Delete" button.
• In "Delete browsing history" window click "Delete files"
•Then click Yes, and then click Close.
