Delete Files Permanently supports Windows 8, Windows 7, Vista, XP, 2008, 2003, 2000, ME, 98.
1. Download Delete Files Permanently using the following link

2. Start the download. A popup dialog window will ask 'Do you want to Run or Save this file?'

3. Click the Save button. You should remember where you saved the program.
