How to use Delete Files Permanently I had to terminate wiping and now I have tmp files stored on my drive. What do I do?
While wiping free space, the program creates temporary files in the root directory of the disk where you wipe free space. Temporary files will look like $DeleteFilesPermanently1.TMP, $DeleteFilesPermanently2.TMP, $DeleteFilesPermanently3.TMP, etc. When the process is finished or stopped through the program, the program deletes temporary files automatically. If wiping was terminated due to computer failure, abnormal computer shut down or power loss, temporary files are not deleted automatically and you should delete them manually.
